SOWELL: Social dialogue in welfare services. Employment relations, labour market and social actors in the care services
Kick-off meeting

On December 2, 2020, the SOWELL project was successfully kicked-off. CELSI research team consisting of Marta Kahancová, Barbora Holubová and Pavol Bors was present at the kick-off meeting.
The project focuses on employment relations, working conditions and social partners’ strategies in the arena of care services, concentrating on socio-educational services for children aged 0-5 (childcare - ECEC) and social and health services for elderly people (long- term care - LTC).
The project teams will carry out seven country-specific analyses of the labour market and employment relations at the national and local level. CELSI team will cover Slovakia and Hungary.
The lead partner of the project is Università Degli Studi di Milano and also consists of partners from Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium and Germany.
The project is financed by the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion.
